Press attendees will benefit from complimentary registration, including access to all sessions and exhibition at the Kyoto International Conference Centre.
Press registration procedure
- To ensure the authenticity of our press attendees, we kindly request all interested members of the press to submit your credentials or proof of association with the respective company you represent. Please email the required documents to wgc-registration@mci-group.com. Submissions without proper association documentation will not be accepted.
- Upon receipt of your submission, we will thoroughly review the provided credentials. Please allow us up to 10 business days to complete the review process.
- Once your credentials are approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with your complimentary registration as a press representative.
In case your credentials are not approved, you will receive a notification confirming this decision.
Submission requirements
When submitting your credentials, please include the following:
- Full Name
- Position
- Company Name
- At least one of the following:
- Valid Press ID
- An article published within the last six (6) months with your byline.
- A letter from editor or producer on station/network letterhead or from a company email address that states you are covering the WGC-2027 on assignment.
- An about page or masthead from newspaper, publication or blog listing you as an editorial contributor.
